Easun Capital Markets Limited convened its 44th Annual General Meeting on Saturday, September 19, 2026, where shareholders approved the adoption of the company’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Aditya Sadani, who was also re-appointed as a wholetime director for a further period of 5 years with effect from September 20, 2026.
